En 2022 nous avons gagné le prix de la meilleure tarte praline du monde. Suite à ça, elle c'est beaucoup répandu, mais connaissez vous la coquette ?
La coquette est une brioche faites également de pralines, la recette a été travaillée et améliorée au fil du temps. Afin qu'elle soit la meilleure possible.
Elle se conserve longtemps et ne devient pas sèche, d'où l'origine de son nom : elle est toujours coquette même après trois jours.
